We are so confident that we offer the very best available prices that should you find your hotel cheaper we’ll pay you the difference.

For that extra piece of mind, you can price match up to 48 hours after your original booking!

In the unlikely event you find a cheaper price, please email our contact centre providing the following details. Email: info@atghotelstays.com.

  • Your name
  • Your telephone number
  • Booking reference number
  • Check in date
  • Number of nights
  • Where you found the lower price for the stay
  • The price you found
  • Attach a screenshot of the lower price (clearly showing the dates, room type, number of nights and guests, and the details of the company offering this price)

We will then process your claim within 10 working days.  It’s as simple and easy as that!


Terms and Conditions

If you book a hotel room with ATG Hotel Stays and within 48 hours of the booking you find a lower rate for the same date, room, party and board basis on another hotel booking website (but not directly with the hotel),  we will refund the difference to you. In addition.

Price comparison must have the same itinerary under the same conditions - The Price Guarantee is only available for exact itinerary matches, including:

  • The same hotel.
  • The same dates.
  • The same room type.
  • The same party size.
  • The price must be inclusive of any taxes, fees or supplements and have same cancellation conditions.

Submitting a Claim - To be eligible for the Price Guarantee you need to submit your request using the Price Guarantee form within 48 hours of booking. To submit a claim, please email info@atghotelstays.com and state Price Guarantee in the subject line along with your booking confirmation number attaching your evidence of a valid claim as outlined above.

Price Comparison - The Price Guarantee only applies to prices both advertised and available to the general public or on a hotel comparison website directed at consumers in the United Kingdom.

  • Prices must be for hotels where the hotel name or other booking details are known before purchase.
  • Price must be available to the general public and not discounted by loyalty points, vouchers, sales or any other non-cash instrument.
  • Hotel/price must be able to be booked online via a travel agent who is selling to the general public in the same currency and is located in the same country.
  • Price comparison must be on a stand-alone basis, not be direct from the hotel, and not part of a ‘package’.
  • As an alternative to refunding you the price difference ATG Hotel Stays may, at its sole discretion, cancel your booking and refund you in full.

Claim Verification- All requests for the Price Guarantee are subject to verification by ATG Hotel Stays. Price must still be available at the time of checking by ATG Hotel Stays which will be within 48hours of notification of a claim. We will not accept screenshots or other purported evidence of a lower price that we cannot independently confirm. Nor will we verify or fulfil any request that we believe, at our sole discretion, are the result of a printing or other error, claims made fraudulently, or in bad faith. Verified requests will be processed within 10 working days of the lodged claim. Please Note: It may take up to 30 days or the next billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.

Changes to the Price Guarantee- We reserve the right at our sole discretion to modify or discontinue the Price Guarantee or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability to you. The terms that are on www.radiotimeshotels.com at the time of your claim will determine your eligibility under the Price Guarantee. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
